Viktoo is the marketplace that lets buyers discover shops and order from them safely, and gives sellers everything they need to sell online, from the shop window to delivery.
How do I pay on Viktoo?
In one go, when you order: by Mobile Money, bank card or with your Viktoo wallet balance. The total includes the product price, the delivery fee and the service fee, all shown before payment.
Is my money protected?
Yes. Viktoo holds the payment until the delivery is confirmed. The seller is only paid after that.
What does Viktoo check?
Every listing is reviewed by the Viktoo team before it goes live, using verification photos provided by the seller. At pickup, the courier also checks that the item matches the listing.
How does receiving an order work?
After payment, a QR code and a confirmation code are shown with the order. You show them to the courier when the parcel is handed over: this is what confirms the delivery.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, as long as the delivery is not confirmed: the request is made from the order, and the product price is credited back to the Viktoo wallet. The delivery and service fees are not refunded, unless the parcel is lost or damaged in transit, or the item does not match the listing: the refund is then complete. Once the delivery is confirmed, no refund can be requested.
What if there is a problem with an order?
From the order, “Report a problem” alerts the courier directly. A Viktoo advisor can also be contacted from the order or the Help center.
How do I sell on Viktoo?
Opening a shop is free. Every product listed is reviewed by Viktoo before it goes live. When an order comes in, the app alerts the seller and a Viktoo courier picks up the item.
When does the seller get paid?
As soon as the delivery is confirmed, the sale amount is credited to their Viktoo wallet. They can then withdraw it to their Mobile Money number.
